Silent Sensual Ecstatic Dance with Aizen & Lauren

Step into a low-lit, cozy, and sensual space designed for authentic connection. This immersive evening blends movement, breath, and presence through silent disco headphones with three curated channels: slow & sensual vibes, sex-positive hip hop/R&B, and a meditative musical journey. After a grounding consent and boundaries discussion, you’re invited into a free-flow experience where you can explore dance, cuddling, stillness, conversation, or simply being—guided by your own yes's and no's. We’ll close the night together in rest, reflection, and shared presence.

Our culture often confuses or suppresses touch, leaving us starved for intimate physical connection. This monthly gathering is designed to re-learn what it means to touch and be touched with attunement, presence, and care. Over time, we’re creating a community where sharing touch may be normalized, celebrated, and deeply healing.

‣6:30 → Doors close; late entry is not allowed due to the mandatory consent and boundaries discussion.

‣ Somatic practice to feel into our "yes's" and "no's"

‣ Micro dance experience

‣7:00 - 8:30 → Free flow intuitive experience - Follow your heart here...float between solo ecstatic dance, touch connection, cuddles, meditation and/or conversation

‣8:30 - 9:00→ Closing Circle: Rest, reflection, and shared presence
