Group Classes with Lauren

Please join me for in-person or virtual group classes each Tuesday from 9-10:15am at 309 N. Ashland Ave Suite 180.
We will explore a smooth blend of strong standing postures, ecstatic movement, restorative poses, Kundalini (life force energy) kriyas (a sweet combo of chanting, meditation, asana, and breathwork), and deep rest.
We will develop our core strength, vitality, and self awareness. The more we practice, the stronger, more balanced, and healthier we will become.
This practice is open to all. Modifications and props are available depending on the day and your level of experience.
I also offer one on one and small group yoga sessions by appointment at our new studio on South Mill St. in Lexington. Please be aware we do have a flight of stairs to climb.
