Cultivating Intimacy Retreat: Mystery Day QnA with Josh and Lauren

Please join Joshua Saxton and myself on Saturday, June 14th 2-6pm at our new location 431 South Mill Street. Bring your beloved, friends, or come solo. This is an opportunity to confidentially explore the questions we have about bodies, sex, attachment, and all things intimate in our relationships. We will see that we have so much in common and that together we can bravely lean in, gain deeper connection, acceptance, and understanding with ourselves and each other.
Some of what to expect...
- explore common myths
- playful games for connection and better communication
- discover how to get needs and desires met more often
- reduce sexual shame
- learn to deal with our disappointment
- increase confidence to initiate intimacy
- Closing with a little sound healing and relaxation
Once registered, you'll be asked to submit a couple questions or challenges you are currently facing in your relationship(s). The collected submissions from our small group (max 16 people) will be confidential and used to create the mystery content for our time together. Please dress in comfy clothes, bring a cozy blanket, and journal (if you are the journaling type ;). Bring a water bottle. We will provide the snacks.
Josh and I have been offering Partner Connections Retreats for over 11 years. Our retreats are designed to help support and inform all types of relationships. We are both longtime bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and somatic relationship and intimacy coaches. We are grateful to offer practices that have helped us to grow as individuals and as a couple. We show up vulnerably with hopes of continuing to learn and evolve together.
