Cultivating Intimacy Coaching and Retreat

Cultivating Intimacy Coaching and Retreat

Please join Joshua Saxton and myself at our new location 431 South Mill Street for half day and weekend retreats.

Bring your beloved, friends, or come solo. This is an opportunity to learn and explore more about our selves, our loved ones, our changing bodies, communication and attachment styles, sex, and all things intimate. We will see that we have so much in common and that together we can bravely lean in, gain deeper connection, acceptance, and understanding with ourselves and each other.

Some of what to expect...

  • explore common myths
  • playful games for self awareness, boundaries and connection
  • discover how to get needs and desires met more often
  • reduce shame
  • learn to deal with our disappointment
  • increase confidence to initiate intimacy
  • sound healing and relaxation

Once registered, you'll be asked to submit a couple questions or challenges you are currently facing in your relationship(s). The collected submissions from our small group (max 16 people) will be confidential and used to create the content for our time together. Please dress in comfy clothes, bring a cozy blanket, and journal (if you are the journaling type ;). Bring a water bottle. We will provide the snacks.

Josh and I have been offering Partner Connections Retreats for over 11 years. Our retreats are designed to help support and inform all types of relationships. We are both longtime bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and somatic relationship and intimacy coaches. Reach out anytime for a one on one or small group session. We are grateful to offer practices that have helped us to grow as individuals and as a couple. We show up vulnerably with hopes of continuing to learn and evolve together.
