Yoga of Relating: A Weekend Retreat to Bring It Back Home

Yoga of Relating: A Weekend Retreat to Bring It Back Home

I am SO excited to invite you to join me for a weekend yoga and nature retreat held Friday through Sunday, June 5th-7th at the peaceful Valaterra Retreat Center in LaGrange, KY. We will be well fed and restored by yoga, nature, nourishing foods, and one another.

Let‘s make it easier to feel good! And together, we will learn and remember how to relate and tend well to ourselves, our families, and communities each and every day.

Recognize and remove the blocks that may be getting in the way of daily presence and relating.

What holds you back from deeper grounding and self nourishment?

Finding the time to practice? Fear of being weird? Making sounds? Being seen? Being in pain? Not flexible enough? Not sure of a "good space" in your home to practice?

You are not alone! We are in this together!

We will have plenty of healthy and delicious food, rest, opportunities to experience our natural rhythm, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of freedom, purpose, and motivation.

This space will allow our nervous systems to decompress and reset. We will explore the elements of water, fire, earth, and air and how they relate to our inner selves, our yoga practice, and one another.

Three of the greatest benefits of a regular yoga practice are increased flexiblity, balance, and strength - what we really need for these changing times.

We will leave with more refined skills enabling us to sustain a sense of peace, awareness, and confidence to take our yoga back home.

What to expect:

  • Eco-conscious retreat with options for communal sleeping indoors or camping outside
  • All nourishing meals, snacks and drinks included, honoring your specific dietary needs
  • Optional daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, and guided nature excursions
  • Spacious hours for rest, creative reflection, and exploration
  • Interactive sound healing
  • Strengthened community circles
  • Hands-on assists and individualized care
  • On-site nature with rolling hills, trails, fire pit, labyrinth, and creek
  • Add-on massage therapy session offered by two licensed and experienced massage therapists - first come first serve sign ups will be available closer to retreat time

I want to offer a huge heartfelt thank you to the Young Family Foundation and Valerie’s Grace Program. We are so honored to have received a grant, enabling me and Centered to continue offering opportunities for healing and growth. Valaterra's mission to support integrative and alternative wellness within the community is a common goal at the heart of everything we do here at Centered.

It is because of this generous grant, we are able to offer an accessible rate for this retreat. And, if you would like to attend and the rates below are still prohibitive, please reach out to me directly for work trade opportunities. <3
