Happiest New Year and abundant health to you and yours! I want to express my deepest gratitude for you and this healing work I feel so blessed to offer. Below are a few offerings to help get us off to a great start!

My heart feels tender and full as I reflect on the past year and I want to thank you for being such an important part of my life and helping me to grow as a friend, teacher, practitioner, and community member. And thank you for your presence and support during Centered's big transition last year. We are so enjoying the peace and comfort of the Centered Healing House and look forward to sharing many more moments with you in the coming year. Here are a few opportunities to get us off to a great start!

Please join us for this special collaboration on January 24th from 4:00-7:00pm to explore the art of giving and receiving through clear, joyful consent. Lauren will help to get us settled into our own bodies through a somatic breath practice then Tsani takes over, ushering us into connection
