Quantum Erotic Birth Method

I offer one on one somatic coaching, bodywork, yoga, breathwork, and advocacy throughout the phases of conception, pregnancy, birth, post partum and parenthood. Evolving accessibility and quality of care during this time of life matters greatly. I'd love to have the opportunity to get to know you and be a part of your support system during your birth journey.

Why do I call this work Quantum Erotic Birth? Quantum is the collective field of consciousness. Erotic energy is our individual unique essence and life force energy. Quantum Erotic Birth method (of a baby or a new self) holds high potential to tap in to the collective wisdom and strength, utilize the potency of our erotic energy for creation and change. Feeling cared for, supported, and turned on during pregnancy allows for a steady flow of endorphins, oxytocin, and progesterone, benefitting mom and baby's nervous systems, bonding, and overall lifelong health and well being.

• Tending to trans-generational trauma through the portal of Birth

• Yoga exercises and breathwork for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th (post partum) trimesters
• Inviting our birth partner(s) to a session or group class 
• Uncovering fears and myths about birth
• Sexuality during pregnancy
• Breath, empowerment, & relaxation practices for labor (finding our pleasure)
• Understanding the stages of labor and birth
• Gaining agency and empowerment following a challenging or unexpected birth outcome
• Life after birth 

Every class includes movement practice and group discussion.

This is not your traditional birth education and may be used as supplemental education or a stand alone option for those seeking deeper connection, pleasure, community and empowerment!
