Gentle Kundalini Yoga with Lauren each Tuesday beginning September 30th 10:00-11:15am Explores breath and flow through a smooth blend of strong standing postures, ecstatic movement, restorative poses, kundalini kriya (a sweet combo of chanting, meditation, asana, and breathwork), and deep rest. African Dance Class Series with Aminata Tuesdays: Sept 30, Oct 7, 14, 21 from 7:00-8:30pm held at Salt Cave Studio at 309 N. Ashland Ave Suite 180.
